COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Uticor 100G-1M1R1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Proface products, including obsoleted and phased-out Foxboro parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Proface such as the HTK270M spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 718TC7123000 manufactured by Foxboro and we are pleased to be able to service most Foxboro systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GP570LG2124VGP570LG2124V by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 6AV66470AE113AX0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Omega such as IP510X30 equipment made by Omega have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omega products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omega" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IC660ELB912J made by Ge as well as the popular 2100D original spares produced by Ebbert-Engineering Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F930GOTBWDEHM by Mitsubishi and IP510X30 spares by Omega are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MCP4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Adept. |
