COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Us Tsubaki RS160 COTTERED parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Winsmith products, including obsoleted and phased-out Warner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Wittenstein product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Winsmith such as the 920MDNE509XODN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5380101006 manufactured by Warner and we are pleased to be able to service most Warner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TK025SMF175H11K00 by Manufacturer Wittenstein as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Wittenstein Brand 2002944 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vdo-yazaki-Shaft-(-Wheeler-Bros-) such as 9999113290 equipment made by Vdo-yazaki-Shaft-(-Wheeler-Bros-) have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vdo-yazaki-Shaft-(-Wheeler-Bros-) products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vdo-yazaki-Shaft-(-Wheeler-Bros-)" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SU103X5 made by Westinghouse as well as the popular EP250 original spares produced by Warner Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LPB090M0110110PGG by Wittenstein and 9999113290 spares by Vdo-yazaki-Shaft-(-Wheeler-Bros-) are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SMCVD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Winsmith. |
