COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Us Motor OTN2603S1B33X90.00AP parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Winsmith products, including obsoleted and phased-out Warner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Wood product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Winsmith such as the 930MDSN10DLR100B1428 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5371270009 manufactured by Warner and we are pleased to be able to service most Warner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4836V608 by Manufacturer Wood as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Wittenstein Brand TP025GMF170G02SPGG in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Winsmith such as 3MCT equipment made by Winsmith have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Winsmith products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Winsmith" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SP180SMF270 made by Wittenstein as well as the popular 5155170002 original spares produced by Warner Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 161014M55 by Wood and 3MCT spares by Winsmith are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 926MDTS22000EK Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Winsmith. |
