COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Us Motor F008A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kollmorgen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the CWAM3613T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EB202B11B3005 manufactured by Kollmorgen and we are pleased to be able to service most Kollmorgen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DCServoModel5M by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Talyrond-300 Brand D2601096 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Lenze such as EN60034 equipment made by Lenze have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lenze products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lenze" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DMP1604L made by Abb as well as the popular DXE4120C original spares produced by Emerson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DS030C1N2EC300 by Sanyo and EN60034 spares by Lenze are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D5z2056 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hanning. |
