COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Us Electric C250P3W-C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Varian-Semiconductor-Equipment products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vipa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Vickers product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Varian-Semiconductor-Equipment such as the E11140140 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6031TD00 manufactured by Vipa and we are pleased to be able to service most Vipa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DG4V30BMU760 by Manufacturer Vickers as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ushio Brand 930921 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Us-Electrical-Motors such as 680004N12 equipment made by Us-Electrical-Motors have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Us-Electrical-Motors products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Us-Electrical-Motors" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LCR150LS115AC made by Valvcon as well as the popular 100477597 original spares produced by Veris Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PVB20FRS by Vickers and 680004N12 spares by Us-Electrical-Motors are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original V03569AD88 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Von-Weise. |
