COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Uponor A3040090, A3040091 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Warner-Bernstein products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wiegand parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Westinghouse product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Warner-Bernstein such as the 7120448004 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HBT40 manufactured by Wiegand and we are pleased to be able to service most Wiegand systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 179C768G01 by Manufacturer Westinghouse as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Eaton Brand E51KT633 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Abb such as 3HAB8101105A equipment made by Abb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Abb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Abb" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 787A made by Wilcoxon-Research as well as the popular M2430 original spares produced by Weston Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FE5RLMB6DL5 by Yamatake and 3HAB8101105A spares by Abb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 760M306B03 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Valenite. |
