COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Universal Instruments 48264901 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Warner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Winsmith parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Winsmith product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Warner such as the 5303111009 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 941CDBS062X0DN manufactured by Winsmith and we are pleased to be able to service most Winsmith systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 930MDSNXE by Manufacturer Winsmith as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Us-Motor Brand CBN2501SB3315U280NM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vibco such as BBS130 equipment made by Vibco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vibco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vibco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available B648M30SK made by Usa-X as well as the popular 7980022 original spares produced by Warner Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5151170001 by Warner and BBS130 spares by Vibco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VGC4732CFD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Versa. |
