COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Universal Instruments 43274101 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Wittenstein products, including obsoleted and phased-out Warner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Us-Motor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Wittenstein such as the SP100MF15141PampG spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5216295001 manufactured by Warner and we are pleased to be able to service most Warner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E267U1074807 by Manufacturer Us-Motor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Warner Brand 8106448009 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Winsmith such as 943MDTE25R182TC equipment made by Winsmith have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Winsmith products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Winsmith" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FLCE280 made by Weg as well as the popular SPEEDREDUCER original spares produced by Winsmith Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E20MDNS21000FA by Winsmith and 943MDTE25R182TC spares by Winsmith are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 530063104 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Warner. |
