COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Universal ASB80GM-10-200V.9-3NR-55D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vac products, including obsoleted and phased-out Universal-Instruments-Ets parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Vexta product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vac such as the V200P spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ETS540063002 manufactured by Universal-Instruments-Ets and we are pleased to be able to service most Universal-Instruments-Ets systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DGM130RASAC by Manufacturer Vexta as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Us-Motors Brand 640276 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vacon such as NXS00225A2T1SSSA1A2000000 equipment made by Vacon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vacon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vacon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DA313733 made by Validyne as well as the popular NXP0725A2H0SSSA1A2 original spares produced by Vacon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2109395503 by View-Engineering and NXS00225A2T1SSSA1A2000000 spares by Vacon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2300FD45016025 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Valmet. |
