COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Unitronics VISION280 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Van-Dorn products, including obsoleted and phased-out Us-Drives parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Vacon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Van-Dorn such as the 330025 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E40030N1F manufactured by Us-Drives and we are pleased to be able to service most Us-Drives systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature V050072S110 by Manufacturer Vacon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Vacon Brand NXP01055A2H0SSSA1A2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vectrol such as 913271 equipment made by Vectrol have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vectrol products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vectrol" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TM160B30 made by Van-Der-Graaf as well as the popular 50150548 original spares produced by Vishay Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NXS0075A5H1SSSA1A2000000 by Vacon and 913271 spares by Vectrol are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MDC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vermes. |
