COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Unitronics V350 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vena products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vacon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Vem-Motors product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vena such as the 31000002 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NXP01405A2H0SSSA1A2 manufactured by Vacon and we are pleased to be able to service most Vacon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B21R100L4 by Manufacturer Vem-Motors as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Vee-Arc Brand sch402x3m9 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Van-Dorn such as PC33074 equipment made by Van-Dorn have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Van-Dorn products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Van-Dorn" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R115 made by Up-Unipo as well as the popular HD40P2ES original spares produced by Us-Motors Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UNBSU07 by Vevor and PC33074 spares by Van-Dorn are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original V353EB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vicon. |
