COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Unitronics USP parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vfd products, including obsoleted and phased-out Us-Motors parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Vegason product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vfd such as the ATV303HU22N4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HD40P2E manufactured by Us-Motors and we are pleased to be able to service most Us-Motors systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SN63 by Manufacturer Vegason as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Vartech Brand VT14A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vacon such as VACONX4C1S010C equipment made by Vacon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vacon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vacon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HVW3V3H made by Us-nidec as well as the popular 3fgdg00301564551327 original spares produced by Vevor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VACONX4C40020C by Vacon and VACONX4C1S010C spares by Vacon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4525V Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vickers. |
