COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Valmet products, including obsoleted and phased-out Us-Motors parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Vee-Arc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Valmet such as the PIC0980100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the U32P1DC manufactured by Us-Motors and we are pleased to be able to service most Us-Motors systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PW7000 by Manufacturer Vee-Arc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Unitorq Brand M30K3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vernitech such as 23250AQPU51L1143501 equipment made by Vernitech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vernitech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vernitech" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available X5C40250C09 made by Vacon as well as the popular TB11A original spares produced by Us-Electrical-Motors

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3590101 by Universal-Automatic and 23250AQPU51L1143501 spares by Vernitech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 31000002 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vena.
