COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the United Power DB25-F 10004 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fusion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hach product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fusion such as the MB0048 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4001AM12P3F1 manufactured by Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature V706MDDispalywithDU01 by Manufacturer Hach as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Proface Brand GP550SC12 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mazak such as FCU6YZN31 equipment made by Mazak have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mazak products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mazak" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AB1784KT made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular EZS6MF original spares produced by Auto.direct Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the N8603161T00107A by Fanuc and FCU6YZN31 spares by Mazak are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MCD64902 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Diagnostics-Systems-Applications. |
