COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the United Bolting Technology 40017 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vacon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vee-Arc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Vee-Arc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vacon such as the VACON0010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RIVAS3HP manufactured by Vee-Arc and we are pleased to be able to service most Vee-Arc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PWM7000 by Manufacturer Vee-Arc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Uticor Brand 75H10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Up-Unipo such as LPVAP920SMD9 equipment made by Up-Unipo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Up-Unipo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Up-Unipo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available U20E1DCR made by Usem as well as the popular 5715BMSNGNYNZ original spares produced by Viatran Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CC283071312 by Us-Electrical-Motors and LPVAP920SMD9 spares by Up-Unipo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original S04455 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Valve-Flow-Match-Actuator. |
