COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Modicon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Modicon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the SGM02UW14E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S32NAB0F010 manufactured by Modicon and we are pleased to be able to service most Modicon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature s64g by Manufacturer Modicon as well.

Spare units by Yaskawa such as SGMJV04A3A6E equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SD0553 made by Mj-Tooling as well as the popular SGMS15AWAHG11 original spares produced by Yaskawa

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGMAS04ACA21 by Yaskawa and SGMJV04A3A6E spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SGMGV30D3A61 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yasakawa.
