COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Unisys 43325802-009 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Us-Motors products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vee-Arc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Unitorq product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Us-Motors such as the U32P1D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RIVAS3HP manufactured by Vee-Arc and we are pleased to be able to service most Vee-Arc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M105k5590 by Manufacturer Unitorq as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Us-Motors Brand HD125P2F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vertex such as PCIA55T equipment made by Vertex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vertex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vertex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NXS00125A2H1SSSA1A3000000 made by Vacon as well as the popular 713812100 original spares produced by Veeder-Root Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8222412286019034 by Universal-Instruments-Corp. and PCIA55T spares by Vertex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HMT363A12BCE1A4BB1A1A4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vaisala. |
