COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Unisys 43281401-003 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vacon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Universal-Automatic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Usem product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vacon such as the SE2C40050D02 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3590101 manufactured by Universal-Automatic and we are pleased to be able to service most Universal-Automatic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature U5P3DCR by Manufacturer Usem as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Vibtronic Brand SAE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Venture such as 21021054 equipment made by Venture have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Venture products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Venture" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available XCXZZ0065515783725 made by Vevor as well as the popular 774A0031181564044319 original spares produced by Vevor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LPVAP920SMD9 by Up-Unipo and 21021054 spares by Venture are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VT190P212P10000MF Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vari-Tech. |
