COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sy/max products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hitech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexroth product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sy/max such as the ROM121SeriesD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PWS1711CTN manufactured by Hitech and we are pleased to be able to service most Hitech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RME02232DC024 by Manufacturer Rexroth as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schneider Brand MM08MP001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Klockner-Moeller such as MI4101KC1 equipment made by Klockner-Moeller have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MMPM15414 made by Modicon as well as the popular QAO074900 original spares produced by Iss.1

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PCB6 by Shinwa and MI4101KC1 spares by Klockner-Moeller are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NSH5SQR00BV2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron.
