COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Unimeasure EP-50-004-S2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Videojet products, including obsoleted and phased-out Weldotron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Banner product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Videojet such as the 63AAEF1800A079 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3Wx40L manufactured by Weldotron and we are pleased to be able to service most Weldotron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LS10ESR by Manufacturer Banner as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Harris Brand 10XAS20EUT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ifm such as IG0327 equipment made by Ifm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ifm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ifm" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6070510001 made by Veeder-Root as well as the popular ACLC0350KC5P5 original spares produced by Vishay Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WN103009BI10RW30DAP6XB6130 by Weber and IG0327 spares by Ifm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C020122000PSI Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Wika. |
