COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Uncaged Ergonomics UNCAGED parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Valmet products, including obsoleted and phased-out Us-Motors parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Valcom product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Valmet such as the PHC8080 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WDS32P2AFCR manufactured by Us-Motors and we are pleased to be able to service most Us-Motors systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VPRT by Manufacturer Valcom as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Vero Brand 116010026L in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vega such as Swing61CUADVXUZXV equipment made by Vega have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vega products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vega" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2300F463150307HMVH35AA1 made by Valmet as well as the popular 91084 original spares produced by Us-Electrical-Motors Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ICPSYSCUSONCMFHLU3 by Uson and Swing61CUADVXUZXV spares by Vega are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NXP00095A5H1SSSA1A2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vacon. |
