COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ulvac Technologies NAXI-6040 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued United-Process-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Us-Motors parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Us-Drives product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader United-Process-Controls such as the 730373 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Y09Y1180254R manufactured by Us-Motors and we are pleased to be able to service most Us-Motors systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 30004010440 by Manufacturer Us-Drives as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Unipo Brand 2IBT9UXT0000A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vee-Arc such as PW7000 equipment made by Vee-Arc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vee-Arc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vee-Arc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available U10P2DC made by Us-Motors as well as the popular VEGAFLEX original spares produced by Vega Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 76473 by Uticor and PW7000 spares by Vee-Arc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 251024AOILD5 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vernitech. |
