COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ultratech Stepper 19-15-04330 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vacon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vem-Motors parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Universal-Instruments-Corporation product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vacon such as the 60SAFR0901706ANV spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B21R100L4 manufactured by Vem-Motors and we are pleased to be able to service most Vem-Motors systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 46560103 by Manufacturer Universal-Instruments-Corporation as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Uniop Brand ETOP20B0045 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Velmex such as A2504C equipment made by Velmex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Velmex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Velmex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 191504330 made by Ultratech-Stepper as well as the popular MN100050E0121 original spares produced by Velmex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 001481801 by Ulvac-Technologies and A2504C spares by Velmex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 45165602 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Universal-Instruments-Corporation. |
