COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ultrasonic SVT parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ultratech-Stepper products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vevor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Vee-Arc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ultratech-Stepper such as the 011504744 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CXXZN07015979367 manufactured by Vevor and we are pleased to be able to service most Vevor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SCE402X3M9 by Manufacturer Vee-Arc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Uticor Brand 76473 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vaisala such as HMT3305L0B101XCAJ100A1ACABAA1 equipment made by Vaisala have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vaisala products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vaisala" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 32737181 made by Unisys as well as the popular 14744951100 original spares produced by Us-Motor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 011803903 by Ultratech-Stepper and HMT3305L0B101XCAJ100A1ACABAA1 spares by Vaisala are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SCE401 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vee-Arc. |
