COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Uhlmann Packaging Systems 65AT10-0/77-2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vega products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ventek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Us-Motors product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vega such as the 509V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 280000751 manufactured by Ventek and we are pleased to be able to service most Ventek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D15P2D by Manufacturer Us-Motors as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Us-Motors Brand U20P2G in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vectron such as PML equipment made by Vectron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vectron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vectron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VACONX4C50100C made by Vacon as well as the popular BMU1P2D original spares produced by Us-Motors Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 774A0031181564044319 by Vevor and PML spares by Vectron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E30C184 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Veris. |
