COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Uhlmann 5AP920.1505-K23 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Usem products, including obsoleted and phased-out Unisys parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Vartech-Systems product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Usem such as the U25P2DCR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 32747024003 manufactured by Unisys and we are pleased to be able to service most Unisys systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VT104C2 by Manufacturer Vartech-Systems as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Usem Brand U20P2DCR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Valbia such as SR75 equipment made by Valbia have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Valbia products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Valbia" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available WDS32P2AFCR made by Us-Motors as well as the popular VT70ESC original spares produced by Vartech-Systems Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BMU1P2D by Us-Motors and SR75 spares by Valbia are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VLAST Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Velconic. |
