COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the U.s. Motors WD5P2DC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ultima products, including obsoleted and phased-out Up-Unipo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Unipo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ultima such as the AULTIMAXGPG0002S0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2TT0801BTX00A manufactured by Up-Unipo and we are pleased to be able to service most Up-Unipo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7LPIP922B411N by Manufacturer Unipo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Valbia Brand 181A0022 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vega such as BR52UXGF1VHKNXM equipment made by Vega have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vega products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vega" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VACONX4C50100C made by Vacon as well as the popular HMT3305L0B101XCAJ100A1ACABAA1 original spares produced by Vaisala Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CC283071312 by Us-Electrical-Motors and BR52UXGF1VHKNXM spares by Vega are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ANPLU6000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ultraswitch. |
