COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the U.s. Motors WD5P1DC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ufp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Unitorq parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Valmet product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ufp such as the 7BXCTRLP0000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M1031 manufactured by Unitorq and we are pleased to be able to service most Unitorq systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PHC4050 by Manufacturer Valmet as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Uncaged-Ergonomics Brand UNCAGED in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Veeder-Root such as 713812100 equipment made by Veeder-Root have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Veeder-Root products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Veeder-Root" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 04070047 made by Ultratech-Stepper as well as the popular A150601S15 original spares produced by Velmex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NXP00165A2H1SSSA1A2 by Vacon and 713812100 spares by Veeder-Root are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original J06 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Valbia. |
