COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the U.s. Motors WD10P1DC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vegapuls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vacon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ulvac product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vegapuls such as the 63UXDAKVDNA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NXP00225A2H1SSSA1A2000000 manufactured by Vacon and we are pleased to be able to service most Vacon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DAL5S by Manufacturer Ulvac as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Vacon Brand X4C40050C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vartech-Systems such as VT20B equipment made by Vartech-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vartech-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vartech-Systems" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NXP00125A2H1SSSA1A2 made by Vacon as well as the popular 2IBT9UXT0003D original spares produced by Unipos Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 58245 by Uticor and VT20B spares by Vartech-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FD2AA1394499 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Venture. |
