COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the U.s. Motors UJ25P2DM parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ultratech-Stepper products, including obsoleted and phased-out U.s.-Motors parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Vegaswing product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ultratech-Stepper such as the 010800545 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WD10P1DC manufactured by U.s.-Motors and we are pleased to be able to service most U.s.-Motors systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SWING63XUCANTPR by Manufacturer Vegaswing as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Us-Motors Brand HD20P1E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Usem such as U25P1DCR equipment made by Usem have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Usem products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Usem" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NXP01405A2H0SSSA1A2 made by Vacon as well as the popular GSM original spares produced by Universal-Instruments Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HD20P2E by Us-Motors and U25P1DCR spares by Usem are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
