COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the U.s. Motors UJ20P2DM parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Valmet products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vega parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Usem product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Valmet such as the IOP341 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VEGAMET manufactured by Vega and we are pleased to be able to service most Vega systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature U20P2DCR by Manufacturer Usem as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Urotherm Brand 690PB0022400300011UKHTTL0000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by U.s.-Motors such as WDS2P2ACR equipment made by U.s.-Motors have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire U.s.-Motors products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "U.s.-Motors" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 9280TR2 made by Unitrol-Electronics as well as the popular WD10P2DCR original spares produced by U.s.-Motors Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VT190M1 by Vartech-Systems and WDS2P2ACR spares by U.s.-Motors are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 181A0022 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Valbia. |
