COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the U.s. Motors U15V1B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Uncaged-Ergonomics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Veeco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 U.s.-Motors product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Uncaged-Ergonomics such as the UNCAGED spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Dektak manufactured by Veeco and we are pleased to be able to service most Veeco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature WDS2P2AC by Manufacturer U.s.-Motors as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Vacon Brand X5C40250C09 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vega such as LFXGH048A4EXXX30 equipment made by Vega have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vega products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vega" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M105k5590 made by Unitorq as well as the popular U25P1DCR original spares produced by Usem Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 43277854006 by Unisys and LFXGH048A4EXXX30 spares by Vega are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original WDS1P2ACR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Us-Motors. |
