COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the U.s. Motors HW60V2G2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ultratech-Stepper products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ultima parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Unico product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ultratech-Stepper such as the 040803402 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AULTIMAXGPG0002S0 manufactured by Ultima and we are pleased to be able to service most Ultima systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 700132 by Manufacturer Unico as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Val-pak Brand 93497010 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Unisys such as 41484767004 equipment made by Unisys have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Unisys products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Unisys" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available WDS1P2ACR made by Us-Motors as well as the popular H119192 original spares produced by United-Electric-Controls. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VWX150CIKN115AC by Valcon and 41484767004 spares by Unisys are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VT201P Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vartech-Systems. |
