COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the U.s. Motors HW60V2E2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vacon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vee-Arc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Us-Motors product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vacon such as the VACONX4C50020C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9224600300B manufactured by Vee-Arc and we are pleased to be able to service most Vee-Arc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HD15P2EC by Manufacturer Us-Motors as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Vector Brand VN1630A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Us-Electric such as C546800101874 equipment made by Us-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Us-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Us-Electric" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 100GUQ08T2R1 made by Uticor-Q2-Panel as well as the popular PUT1 original spares produced by Vacon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WD10P1DC by U.s.-Motors and C546800101874 spares by Us-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MT5120601 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vaisala. |
