COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the U.s. Motors H60P1GS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ultratech-Stepper products, including obsoleted and phased-out U.s.-Motors parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Uniop product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ultratech-Stepper such as the 011504744 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the U5V3BC manufactured by U.s.-Motors and we are pleased to be able to service most U.s.-Motors systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature eTOP315 by Manufacturer Uniop as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Us-Gear-Tools Brand 23451921 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Valmet such as 2300F463150307HMVH35AA1 equipment made by Valmet have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Valmet products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Valmet" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 58245 made by Uticor as well as the popular C546800101874 original spares produced by Us-Electric Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WDP2S2ACR by Us-Motors and 2300F463150307HMVH35AA1 spares by Valmet are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HMM30C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vaisala. |
