COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Two Technologies PSMTNEL20EKR2-2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Modicon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Qsi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Horner product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Modicon such as the MMKPSD000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the G55R manufactured by Qsi and we are pleased to be able to service most Qsi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HE190IBSRMUC by Manufacturer Horner as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Vartech Brand VT104P2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as F920GOTBBD5KE equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2706P22RSERAREVB made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular BeijerMAC50ML00920A original spares produced by Beijer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the APRB0202FW by Indramat and F920GOTBBD5KE spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VS40092 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Perske. |
