COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tuthill/baldor 88520 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Aptech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Accutrue parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Aptech such as the AP1510S4PWMV4MV410144375 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 347122287238 manufactured by Accutrue and we are pleased to be able to service most Accutrue systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M35C81001935MGR01313004 by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Atlas Brand M42ODTXG1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baldor such as 20Q20R56 equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 17Q20H56 made by Baldor as well as the popular NP05GGZ20635 original spares produced by Aes-Seal Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AB090M1030S2P2 by Apex and 20Q20R56 spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PX90030 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bayside. |
