COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Turn Act 253-111-00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leroy-Somer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the 20S1500 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 21YB2D manufactured by Leroy-Somer and we are pleased to be able to service most Leroy-Somer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1FK70425AF711EH2Z by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Warner Brand 1831810910 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Indramat such as 1MR200EA060 equipment made by Indramat have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Indramat products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Indramat" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1FT60646AF713EB2 made by Siemens as well as the popular 213C original spares produced by Reliance Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 203424D200 by Finnigan and 1MR200EA060 spares by Indramat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 202Q05R14 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
