COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Turck bi5-w30-dap6x-h1141/f3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Weildmuller products, including obsoleted and phased-out Weighpack-Systems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Wenglor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Weildmuller such as the 7940005471 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P110352001 manufactured by Weighpack-Systems and we are pleased to be able to service most Weighpack-Systems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ZK100VD8 by Manufacturer Wenglor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand B834Y0119 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Viscom such as 300080092 equipment made by Viscom have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Viscom products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Viscom" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available UF87PCV3 made by Wenglor as well as the popular Bi15CP40FZ3X2 original spares produced by Turck Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NI20CP40VN4X2S100 by Turck and 300080092 spares by Viscom are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BC10M30VP4X Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Turck. |
