COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Turck TP-306H-CF-L5000/CS12249 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued United-Technologies products, including obsoleted and phased-out Viatran parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Weston product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader United-Technologies such as the BAAS100387 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1042AK2AH320 manufactured by Viatran and we are pleased to be able to service most Viatran systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M2462278389 by Manufacturer Weston as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Warrick Brand DC2B10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Zonic-Technical-Labs such as 1532 equipment made by Zonic-Technical-Labs have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Zonic-Technical-Labs products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Zonic-Technical-Labs" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available Oxi340 made by Wtw as well as the popular 02529151003 original spares produced by York Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BES516324B0C05 by Balluff and 1532 spares by Zonic-Technical-Labs are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PW2XX03S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Veris. |
