COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Turck Si15-K30-AZ3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Wattstopper products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wenglor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Weston product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Wattstopper such as the MRRC3G spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HK12PCT7 manufactured by Wenglor and we are pleased to be able to service most Wenglor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M2462278389 by Manufacturer Weston as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Wenglor Brand UC88PCV3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Harris such as 10XAAS20 equipment made by Harris have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Harris products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Harris" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PS68UXEAK2HDNXK made by Vega as well as the popular WU25 original spares produced by Wika Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HA6251800010136 by Videojet and 10XAAS20 spares by Harris are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GIM93 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Twk-elektronik. |
