COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Turck PC010-GI1/4A1M-LIAPN8X-H1141 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vega products, including obsoleted and phased-out Turck parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Von-Duprin product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vega such as the SWING61XXNBVXPZXSwing61 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the U017324 manufactured by Turck and we are pleased to be able to service most Turck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 99EOUS283 by Manufacturer Von-Duprin as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has United-Electric Brand 12SHSN9C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Warrick such as 3E2B equipment made by Warrick have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Warrick products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Warrick" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FE8BTC6GCN03 made by Yamatake as well as the popular HPQD12 original spares produced by Yamatake Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BES113356SASPU0 by Balluff and 3E2B spares by Warrick are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BC10M30AP4XH1141 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Turck. |
