COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Turck PC010-GI1/4A1M-ARX-B1151 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Xgard products, including obsoleted and phased-out Woerner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Turck product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Xgard such as the S011265S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KFSCF0070A150Z manufactured by Woerner and we are pleased to be able to service most Woerner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MK122UPEx024VDC by Manufacturer Turck as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Vickers Brand DG4V4012AMUH510 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Westinghouse such as AQBA250 equipment made by Westinghouse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Westinghouse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Westinghouse" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 10101BC3C006000Z051Y048C2S made by Weed-Instrument as well as the popular Ni20NFCP40VN4X2 original spares produced by Turck Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BOS18MNS1PBSA2C05 by Balluff and AQBA250 spares by Westinghouse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C02012300PSI Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Wika. |
