COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Turck Ni20-CP40-FZ3X2/S10 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vaisala products, including obsoleted and phased-out Twk-elektronik parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Victaulic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vaisala such as the 16663HM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RH28100AGKVKHRK1 manufactured by Twk-elektronik and we are pleased to be able to service most Twk-elektronik systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature V100761SE3 by Manufacturer Victaulic as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Vaisala Brand HTM10SP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Unitronic such as SMP2 equipment made by Unitronic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Unitronic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Unitronic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RU100Q30LUXH1141 made by Turck as well as the popular HN55PA3 original spares produced by Wenglor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KISD6R by Vishay and SMP2 spares by Unitronic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original COSMOS25 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Zullig. |
