COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Turck NI2-Q6,5-AP6-0,1-FS4.4X3/S304 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Turck products, including obsoleted and phased-out Xactex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yamatake product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Turck such as the NI40CP80FZ3X2S100S10 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ISHR1810 manufactured by Xactex and we are pleased to be able to service most Xactex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HPQD by Manufacturer Yamatake as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Us-Digital Brand S210011 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vernier such as C02DIN equipment made by Vernier have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vernier products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vernier" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available T32000FW6XS204 made by Wasco-Inc as well as the popular N8000 original spares produced by Verithread Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Bi4UEM12AN6XH1141 by Turck and C02DIN spares by Vernier are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GM1DCR9 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Universal. |
