COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Turck NI2-Q6,5-AP6-0,1-FS4.4X3/S304 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Weigh-Tronix products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ultrasonic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Viatran product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Weigh-Tronix such as the 410350102 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HTTSJP050N000 manufactured by Ultrasonic and we are pleased to be able to service most Ultrasonic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2204BA5T80A0 by Manufacturer Viatran as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Westinghouse Brand MTR10171 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vitec such as 4032300 equipment made by Vitec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vitec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vitec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C020121000PSI made by Wika as well as the popular Ni20NFCP40VN4X2 original spares produced by Turck Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RU100Q30LUXH1141 by Turck and 4032300 spares by Vitec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2608D25G13 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Westinghouse. |
