COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Turck NI2-K09-0 095/0 11-BDS-2AP6X3-H1141 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Weighpack-Systems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Veris parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Vogel product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Weighpack-Systems such as the P110352001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the H8463VBSN1 manufactured by Veris and we are pleased to be able to service most Veris systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DSW302 by Manufacturer Vogel as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Turck Brand NI50Q80LIUH1141 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Visolux such as ML48HRT equipment made by Visolux have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Visolux products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Visolux" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PR20S0505T2B made by Yaskawa as well as the popular A6ZH05922915 original spares produced by Valenite Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NIMFEEMT1246L88UP6XH1141 by Turck and ML48HRT spares by Visolux are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SC4ASPRNN00205T1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
