COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Turck NI20-Q50-ADZ30X2-B3131/S34 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ue products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wenglor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yamatake product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ue such as the E36WH118 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SG214IE045C1 manufactured by Wenglor and we are pleased to be able to service most Wenglor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FL7S5W6WCN03B by Manufacturer Yamatake as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand FS40V22 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Uwt such as NW4015 equipment made by Uwt have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Uwt products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Uwt" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KSULLIR40A49 made by Visolux as well as the popular PC010GI1 original spares produced by Turck Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B115CP40FDZ30X2B1131 by Turck and NW4015 spares by Uwt are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Bi10UG30ADZ30X2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Turck. |
