COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Turck NI20-CP40-FZ3X2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Turck products, including obsoleted and phased-out Westinghouse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Turck product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Turck such as the FCSN12A4AP8XH1141L060 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8258A33H01 manufactured by Westinghouse and we are pleased to be able to service most Westinghouse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LT5EQ21RLI0X3H1151 by Manufacturer Turck as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Turck Brand Ni60RS32SRUP6X in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vishay such as 981HE0A1ZD8H010016 equipment made by Vishay have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vishay products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vishay" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SQB5KHSS made by Vishay as well as the popular YM22PBV2 original spares produced by Wenglor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BI2S12AP7S100 by Turck and 981HE0A1ZD8H010016 spares by Vishay are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AF4205TC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Wedgewood. |
