COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Turck N/15-G30-RZ3X AND G30-RZ3X parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vega products, including obsoleted and phased-out Westinghouse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Universal product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vega such as the FX61XXCGB1HKMXX spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 179C768G01 manufactured by Westinghouse and we are pleased to be able to service most Westinghouse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 41143001 by Manufacturer Universal as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yamatake Brand PJ7T7 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Harris such as A3006006 equipment made by Harris have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Harris products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Harris" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M41MV4140B95110 made by Visolux as well as the popular B0X01XBW original spares produced by Vega Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KSULLIR40A49 by Visolux and A3006006 spares by Harris are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FE8BRB6 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yamatake. |
